Cancellation Before Coaching Programme Commencement
- Full Refund entitlement: if you cancel within 48 hours of payment, provided the initial coaching session (Session 1) has not yet taken place.
- Administrative Fee: If you cancel after the 48-hour window but before Session 1, a £25 fee will be retained to cover administrative processing.
Refunds After Programme Commencement
- After Session 1 and within the 1st week of monitoring: 60% refund
- After Session 2 and after 2nd week of monitoring has begun: 20% refund
- Within the 3rd or 4th week of monitoring, and after Session 3: No refunds
The “Red Flag” Exception: If coaching is paused or terminated due to a “Red Flag” i.e., if your needs exceed coach’s scope of practice or if new medical reasons prevent you from continuing with coaching:
- Credit: The remaining balance of the programme will be held as a credit for 6 months, allowing the client to resume once medically cleared.
- Pro-Rata Refund: If the client or their medical team determine they cannot return to coaching, a pro-rata refund will be issued for all remaining unattended sessions and unmonitored weeks, with no administrative penalty.
Biofeedback Hardware: Please note that the biofeedback device is purchased from a third-party vendor. Equal Breath Clinic is not responsible for hardware refunds, repairs or replacements; these must be handled directly with the manufacturer/supplier via their Warranty & Guarantee page.
